COLOUR Red ruby with garnet glints. BOUQUET Rich in blackberry and raspberry aromas. Full body, firm. Full, harmonic, savoury flavour and persistent on the palate. VARIETAL(S) 100% Cabernet Franc. TRAINING SYSTEM Sylvoz and arched cane. HARVEST Manual, end of September. VINIFICATION In red, with maceration lasting 15-20 days at a temperature between 77 and 86 °F, in order to let dissolve the colouring substance present in the grape skin. ACICDITY 5,2 g /lt +/- 0,5 ALCOHOL 12,0 % vol +/- 0,5 RESIDUAL SUGAR 2,0 g /lt +/- 0,1 AVAILABLE PACKAGING Bottle 0,75 lt - SERVING TEMPERATURE: 61-68 °F PAIRING: Perfect with meats such as beef, pork, mutton, both roasted and grilled, and with dry cheese.

COLOUR Straw yellow, intense and brilliant. BOUQUET Well expressed and persistent aroma, reminiscent of nutmeg, vanilla, peaches and orange blossoms. Well balanced and firm structure. Dry and fresh flavour, ripe fruity bouquet characterized by a full aftertaste of orange peel. VARIETAL(S) Pinot Grigio. TRAINING SYSTEM Sylvoz. HARVEST Manual, mid settember. VINIFICATION In white, fermentation at a controlled temperature by means of selected yeast in stainless steel tank. ACIDITY 5,5 g/lt +/- 0,5 ALCOHOL 12,0 % vol +/- 0,5 RESIDUAL SUGAR 5,0 g/lt +/- 0,1. AVAILABLE PACKAGING: Bottle 0,75 lt - SERVING TEMPERATURE: 46-54° F - PAIRING: It matches with fish dishes, white meat, as well as cheese and cold cuts. Excellent aperitif with light appetizers.
